PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY
- The purpose of this information is to explain the basic principles for the processing of personal data of individuals (“Users”) who use the website operating at https://statystykadlaciebie.pl and www.statystykamedyczna.pl (“Website”), as well as the Users’ rights related to the processing of personal data.
- The administrator of the Users’ personal data is Urszula Malinowska, conducting business activity under the name Malinowska Studio Urszula Malinowska, Gorajec-Zagroble 54, 22-463 Radecznica, NIP: 9222679735, REGON: 380882669 (“Data Administrator”).
- The Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), and in accordance with the provisions of Polish law, including the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781, as amended).
- The personal data of the Website Users are collected and processed by the Data Administrator for the purpose arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Administrator – in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a, lit. b, lit. c and lit. f of the GDPR, including for the purpose of:
- conclusion and performance of the contract for the provision of electronic services as per the Terms of Service posted on the Website (“Terms of Service”);
- conducting and storing electronic documentation;
- marketing of products and services offered by the Data Administrator;
- ensuring contact, correspondence exchange, and answering questions sent via the contact form;
- fulfilling legal, accounting, and tax obligations;
- considering complaints and claims regarding services provided by the Data Administrator;
- establishing or pursuing claims.
- Personal data are processed by the Data Administrator for the duration of the agreement until the Data Administrator fulfills legal, tax, statistical, and accounting obligations, and until consent is withdrawn – in the case of data processing based on consent.
- Sending information electronically is subject to the Data Administrator receiving the consent of the person who is to be the recipient of the sent information. Providing an email address by the User is equivalent to consenting to the sending of information electronically.
- Recipients of personal data may include external service providers, including IT services, and other persons processing data based on a personal data processing entrustment agreement, providers of accounting, tax, legal, statistical, analytical services to the extent necessary for the Data Administrator to fulfill the obligations indicated, inter alia, in point 5. In any case, persons related to or cooperating with the Data Administrator are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the collected and processed personal data in accordance with currently applicable law.
- Personal data are not subject to profiling.
- Each data subject (“Authorized Person”) has the right to contact the Data Administrator:

- The Authorized Person has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if violations in the processing of personal data are found.

- The Data Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information about the User (including the Authorized Person) to competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Apart from these cases, no data will be disclosed to any person or authority without the consent of the data subject.
- The Data Administrator informs that automatically collected information about the IP number, domain name, browser type, and type of User’s device are gathered the moment the User connects to the Website. These data are processed in accordance with the law, in particular for technical purposes and for collecting general statistical information.
- The Data Administrator uses “cookies” (i.e., small text files sent to the User’s device, identifying it in a manner necessary to simplify or complete a given operation) to collect information related to the User’s use of the Website. “Cookies” remember User preferences, which allows for improving the quality of provided services, improving search results and the relevance of displayed information, maintaining the User’s session, and creating statistics of the viewing of Website subpages. The User expresses consent for storing or accessing “cookies” on their device through the settings of the browser installed on their device. The User can change the settings regarding “cookies” at any time in the internet browser settings.
- Various types of “cookies” may be used within the Website, which are:
- persistent – they are stored in the user’s end device for the time specified in the “cookies” parameters or until they are deleted by the user,
- session – temporary – these are “cookies” that are deleted when the session ends, i.e., logging out of the Website, leaving the Website, or closing the internet browser that displays the Website,
- first-party – “cookies” placed on the Website by the Data Administrator,
- third-party – “cookies” placed on the Website by external entities, e.g., for conducting anonymous statistics by Google Analytics.
- Personal data of Users are not processed or stored using “cookies“. The “cookies” mechanism is not used to identify Users or to obtain any information about them.
- Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded: information about the user’s browser, IP address, device type, operating system, type of internet browser, screen resolution, color depth.
- The above data specified in point 17 of this Policy are not associated with specific individuals browsing the pages.
- The Data Administrator, based on a written agreement, may entrust the processing of all personal data referred to in this Policy for the purpose of performing activities related to hosting, administration, maintenance, and management of the Website.
